Touch gestures are working awkwardly in Photoshop

I try to use the touch in my new Intuos Pro tablet but the gestures are doing wrong things.
For example if I want to Zoom In I have to put my 2 fingers on the tablet and move them apart from each other.
But this does nothing or sometimes it will instead move left or right the image.
To actually Zoom In I have to put the 2 fingers on the tablet and move them together downward. If I move the upward the image will Zoom Out.
Sometimes will do nothing.
The Rotation works in the usual way. (the only thing that works, sometimes)
I mean why is that?
Its completely messed up.
This happens only in Photoshop.
In Autodesk Sketchbook it works.

Any ideas?

I want to add, that I have an older Cintiq 24HDT and that the touch there, works as it should in Photoshop.
No weird gestures or anything.
So any ideas or anyone that has a similar issue?

Or is there any way to change the gestures manually in an app?

Did you already check with Adobe? From what you describe, Photoshop is handling gestures differently form other Apps
