How do I register my Wacom device?
New Operating System releases:
macOS 12 ("Monterey") support: Is there a driver for macOS 12 Monterey?
Windows 11 support: Is there a driver for Windows 11?
MacOS Driver Setup: Setting up the Wacom driver with macOS
Issues with MS Edge browser:
When MS Edge is updated to version 94 and then opened and interacted with a Pen display the computer will crash and give the “Blue screen of death.”
This is NOT a Wacom driver issue, it has been reported from other devices using Windows Ink as well.
Disabling Windows Ink in Windows will resolve the issue.

Re: 6.3.43-3 - Pen click gets stuck
macOS running Big Sur
Wacom Intuous Pro small
Model: PTH-451
went back to driver 6.3.37-3 which seems like the last good version (later versions suffered from lag). 6.3.43-3 has no lag, but experienced several times the pen getting stuck on click.

What do you do to unstuck it? Is is getting stuck as if a modifier key was pressed down? Is it related to this:

Hi again, went through the thread you linked to, and sounds like a different issue since they mention the use of Express Keys as a modifier.
My issue happens randomly while using the pen normally to do a single click.
What I do: I single click, and then it got stuck as if I had held down the Option or Command keys.
This only happened with the latest driver, which at the time was 6.3.43-3, so I went back to the driver version I mentioned at the top, 6.3.37-3, which seems to be the latest version where this issue is not present. (The other drivers had a lagging issue, that's why I'm still running 6.3.37-3 on Big Sur).
I see Driver 6.3.44-1 was released about 4-5 days ago and mentions it solved the issue, will install and report back.
Thanks
Re: 6.3.43-3 - Pen click gets stuck
Update:
Just installed driver version 6.3.44-1 released on August.
Installation:
Installing 6.3.44-1 messed up with my monitor mapping settings, they were different from what I had.
It also messed up with the Touch Input. Updating disabled the Touch Input. Had to re-enable.
Usage:
Have been using the computer for about 2 hours and (after fixing the the tablet has been working fine, haven't experienced any delays or slowdowns. Single click has been working fine so far, hasn't got stuck.

Re: 6.3.43-3 - Pen click gets stuck
Hi,
Thank you for the reply.
From your description, this was indeed the same issue. At first we thought this was connected with express keys usage, but as we got more feedback, we noticed this also happened to users that didn't use the keys at all.
It should now be fixed for you.
As for the mapping presets and etc. seems like you might have deleted the settings by accident, or something went sideways with the installation.
Just to confirm, did you try using the backup function from the Wacom Desktop Center and import the settings again once the new driver installation was finished?

Re: 6.3.43-3 - Pen click gets stuck
No, didn't use the Backup app. just recreated the settings.
Pen click: hasn't got stuck so far, so that this is working fine so far.
Pen lag: Also hasn't experienced any pen lag.
One thing, with driver version 6.3.44-1 I seem to have lost the ability to scroll using touch input.
There seems to be no way to scroll a web page using my fingers.
Disabled/Enabled the Touch Input setting but that didn't fix it.

Re: 6.3.43-3 - Pen click gets stuck
Another update about driver 6.3.44-1:
Monitor mapping seems to be again messed up.
Don't see a way to attach images, will try to describe it:
Turned computer on, and on start up, pen mapping lost the monitor mapping again, it seems to have stuck with Monitor 2 instead of Monitor 1.

Re: 6.3.43-3 - Pen click gets stuck
Thank you for letting us know. I think I understand the issue but please contact our support team. We would need to run some troubleshooting steps and collect logs so we can report to the Driver team.
Doing it through the forum is not efficient.
