First and foremost, your searchbar doesn't work properly.. It gives "too common words" error on every search query combination I've tried.
Second, I bought today an Wacom EK Remote, it doesn't charge fully, it's stuck at 87%. And if unplugged it discharges at a very fast pace, around 10% per 5 minutes...

Search seems to be working fine. Just tested it by searching for "battery" and it showed results.
Please make sure you have the latest driver installed. In the past we had issue with displaying the correct battery status.
Also, try resetting the EKR. Open the back panel and press the reset button for at least 10 seconds.
