Cintiq Companion 2 stuck every time after sleep

Ever since I have the Companion 2 it was having problems after wake up, but now it has become really frustrating - every time it wakes up from sleep, I cannot log-in, the pen is not working, bluetooth is not working, the express keys are not working, the keypad for entering the password doesn't open-up, and if I try to turn the screen off and on again with the power button, it just freezes with black screen, lightly lighten. Then all I can do is hard-restart it, loosing all open work.

Try to remove and reinstall the updates and see if that helps.
If it doesn't, then you probably need to reinstall Windows.
