previous version of msp 16
current photoshop, all updates installed.
the ram preference window now shows a max of 12gb of ram. odd
any thoughts?

Available RAM shows what is available for PS to use. It will never be the full system RAM because the OS needs some RAM to work and other essentials applications as well.
