Does anyone have a link on how to reload a Mobile Studio Pro, can we use our own copy of Windows, or does it have to be WACOM ISO?

You can see the recommended options to restore Windows from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options
Alternatively, you can also boot up to the recovery tool (while having the unit turned off > Press and hold the Volume Up and Down buttons and power the device ON).
Once your system is restored, download the Driver bundle for your MSP from here: https://wacom.box.com/s/w0h954ldgjs8wvap8hsg4seumsjyckh6
Inside you will find a text file named "MSP Driver Installation steps", be sure to open this one first and follow the installation order there described.
After installing these drivers, restart the unit and be sure to run all Windows updates until none is available.
As a last step, proceed to install the latest tablet driver from here: https://www.wacom.com/support/product-support/drivers
