Cintiq 16 shuts down for several days
Hey, I have been having a problem with my Cintiq for a while now. Every time I disconnect it from it's electrical outlet, or if there is a power outage, even if it was turned off, it will not turn on for several days and then be okay a couple of days later... I tried pretty much anything I could, I don't even know if the issue is with the tablet or the cable, (I do know that it's not with the electrical outlet, since it won't work when I plug it to others either), does anyone have any advice? I don't want to buy a new one since they are so expensive, and I don't know what's the issue with, but I also can't keep having to wait for an unknown number of names before I even know if the tablet is alive or dead for good...
