Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 shows the Monitor Information Screen Everytime
Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 shows the Monitor Information Screen Everytime
Whenver I start my computer or even plug in the USB, the Monitor Information screen keeps showing up. I've reinstalled the drivers as well as my graphics card drivers to the latest versions and the Monitor Information screen still keeps showing up. How do I prevent the Monitor Information Screen to stop showing up? The Monitor Information shows the Signal Timing, Monitor Serial No., Backlight on Time, SOC FW Version.
Re: Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 shows the Monitor Information Screen Everytime
Hi,
Can you be more clear about how you using the Companion 2 and which steps you are doing exactly?
By monitor information, do you mean "No Input Signal" message or something else? What do you do to fix the issue?
Are you using any external monitors or using the Companion 2 in hybrid mode?
There is no setting that I am aware that can change this.
