Wacom One - random loss of pressure

I need help... I bought a Wacom One tablet yesterday. After i correctly installed the latest driver and calibrated the tablet, I used it in Photoshop and Clip studio paint. I was met with the same issue in every program. After a while (could be a few seconds, could be a few minutes) of work, my pressure sensitivity would just randomly start cutting off in between strokes (pics linked for reference, first one happened after I used a paint bucket tool, before that lineart worked smoothly, and second pic is RIGHT AFTER I opened photoshop). The only way to solve this is to unplug and replug the tablet and close and reopen Photoshop, which is surely not a good fix since this happens a lot. I googled my heart out yesterday and today, contacted customer support (they sent me a detailed guide to deinstalling and reinstalling the driver, which, unsurprisingly, didn't work), tried turning off windows ink, tried the CSUserConfig.txt thing (I don't have a photoshop settings file imside my photoshop file???), tried downloading other older drivers, tried EVERYTHING I could find on this issue online but nothing worked. I'm running Windows 10 on a Lenovo ideapad 510. I sent customer support a long detailed email but I'm afraid of another bogus "update the driver!!" advice... Please please please if anyone could help me solve this, it's driving me insane. I need to work and I'm not sure if these are issues with compatibility with my laptop, is it with Windows 10 (should i upgrade to Windows 11?Revert to an older windows??) Is it driver issues?? And the bottom line, *CAN this be fixed* or should I return this product? I doubt it can be issues with just Photoshop, because it happens in Clip studio too. Do you think these are signs of a faulty/broken product and if I should get a new one? When I test the pressure sensitivity in the Wacom desktop center diagnostic panel, the numbers all add up and there are no spikes in values, which makes me believe it's not the tablet that's faulty, rather the driver.

I have a small old Intuos pen and touch from 2013. This stuff happened on that one as well, but it would be once in every 10 uses. It went away after a while, but the current state of this is unworkable.

From all the research I did the only thing I learned is that this is a huge widely spread issue that affects a lot of people, and it's unbelievable to me that this can't be fixed or monitored. I only have two days left to return this device if its broken and I'm still getting NO ANSWER from Wacom support.

Please make sure you always use the latest driver when troubleshooting. In some cases, rollback might help but not in your particular situation.

For PS:
The file name is PSUserConfig.txt. If you don't find it, you can create one using Notepad or some other similar application. Although we haven't had to use this solution for a while see: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/tablet-support-faq-photoshop.html
Which version of Photoshop are you using?
