Cintiq Pro 16 won't wake up after Mac sleep

I have a Mac Studio with 2 thunderbolt-3 (USB-C) monitors connected, one is a Cintiq Pro 16, latest OS and latest Cintiq driver. The Cintiq is the only one doesn't wake up with the Mac, the other Screen ,a 300 USD cheap 4K Samsung screen 95% DCI-P color gamut, does.

I swapped USB-C ports and cables but the same result

Any help?

Windows in some apps (premiere and after effects) are reorganized together every time in the Samsung screen as Mac wakes up and this is quite annoying.
