Hi all,
I have tried everything so far without results. I have owned the Cintiq 22 for about 2 years. it is normal that the pen does not work now and then but now nothing works. the Cintiq is on but if I go into the Wacom Settings the only device is the remote. It does not display the pen or the Cintiq itself.
- I deinstalled Wacom completely, and re-installed it
- I updated the driver
- I restarted the computer about 10 times
- I have checked the Settings about 100 times

Thanks for all the details.
From what you describe, seems like the data connection from the tablet to the Mac via USB is not working. Please make sure the USB cable is properly connected. Avoid using an adapter if possible and if you really need to use one, try a different one. It's often the case that these are the source of the issue. You can also try replacing the USB cable and see if that helps.
