Hello,
Recently purchased a Intuos Pro M, to replace my old Intuos 4 ptk 640
Problem that i have with the new Pro, That I am unable to reach max pressure, with the tip feel setting at default.
can only get to around 70%, afraid that i will break it, if i press any harder
Only workaround is: to either set the tip feel setting to soft or add a custom curve. But i lose range by doing this.
Wacom support, told me that this is not normal behaviour and advised me to get it replaced.
Company that i bought it from gave me a brand new one, and this one also gave me exactly the same problem.
Tested it on a Macbook and on a windows computer to rule out a computer issue.
Can it be, that the company has a bad batch? Reluctant to replace it again, because of this.
Didnt have this issue on my old Intuos 4, can someone please advice?

Been trying to send a ticket through the contact support form.. but the form is not working..
There is no live chat... and the call center keeps me on hold..
This is getting ridiculous

Re: Wacom Intuos Pro M - Cant get maximum pressure
Hi,
First off, the Pro Pen 2 has a different default curve from the Grip pen (your old Intuos 4 pen) so you can expect them to feel slightly different. You can adjust these curves by changing the tip feel to your liking. It will be hard to get the exact same feel you had with the old pen so some tweaking might be required until you feel fully confortable.

2 monitors, get the medium tablet, 1 monitor get the small tablet. Do you draw or design get the large tablet.
The pro's have wheels and buttons for shortcuts. If you don't need them them the cheaper version.
