Hello everyone,
I struggeling with my Wacom Intuos 5 Pro M (PTH-651K).
The battery is fully charged.
The tablet works fine with cable.
I only have a problem with the wireless setup.
I bought the Wireless accessory kit.
It worked 3 days and now it can't connect anymore to the computer.
I test the setup on 3 differents laptops. It is the same conclusion.
The device bluetooth usb dongle is reconnized by windows as a bluetooth device.
When i press the power button on the tablet only a white led on the up left corner of the ring blink several times and nothing happen.
If anyone know what is the issue ?
Thanks to all,
Regards,
Minuit.

Wacom Intuos 5 Bluetooth connection
Re: Wacom Intuos 5 Bluetooth connection
The WL-Kit is out of sale for quite some time now - as the PTH-651.
My first guess would be that the WL-Kit you have has a defective battery.
What happens if you remove the battery and put it into the tablet some time later?

Re: Wacom Intuos 5 Bluetooth connection
Hi.
i tried with two different batteries.
Nothing change.
When i plug the tablet it is the same information : Intuos Pro M (97%).
Do you think it is due to a lack of power ?

Could also be an issue with the receiver / transmitter.
Make sure there's as little interference as possible.

Re: Wacom Intuos 5 Bluetooth connection
Thanks you for the link but i got a message :
oops

Even if i am log to the website...
I don't think it is because of the bluetooth. It
It seems that the tablet always stays in the same mode when it is not connected to usb.
When I press any button on the tablet I only have one white led flashing at the top right of the circle.
Is there a procedure to reset the device?
