Refills for the Finetip Pen

Does anybody work with the Finetip pen of the Intuos Pro Paper Edition who could tell me where to get refills for the pen?
It seems they are globally out of stock. Since the Paper Edition is still on sale I#d expect that the refills should be available somewhere. At least at the Wacom e-shop.
