Hope this finds you well!
Four Finger Swipe Left/Right to switch full-screen apps has not worked for me for some time now, seems to be the case since I updated to the latest two/three drivers.
I have an Intuos Pro with driver up to date (6.3.45-3) on a MacBook Air (M1, 2020) macOS Big Sur (version 11.2.3).
Contacting support they seemed to think it was something to do with the latest driver (at the time it was 6.3.45-2), and that I would need to wait for the latest update to fix. I just updated today to 6.3.45-3 and the issue is still there.
Are other people experiencing this? Support was aware of it.
How can I fix this? I use the swipe functionality a lot when I am using touch.

I have the same swipe issue but ONLY on my Intuos Pen & Touch SMALL (CTH-480). It works fine on my Intuos Pro SMALL and my Intuos Pro MEDIUM.
HACK
** Use "Mission Control" on Mac to see all desktop windows then choose which one you want. Add Mission Control app to your Dock so it's readily accessible. Doing it this way adds an extra step but until you find the answer try it.
