Hi
I have purchased Bamboo Slate, it is working fine with android or tablet based system, but i want to use it with my laptop !!
Is there a way to do it as i am not able to find a interface or software !!
The inkspace for pc is also not detecting it !!

Issues with MS Edge browser:
When MS Edge is updated to version 94 and then opened and interacted with a Pen display the computer will crash and give the “Blue screen of death.”
This is NOT a Wacom driver issue, it has been reported from other devices using Windows Ink as well.
Disabling Windows Ink in Windows will resolve the issue.

I am having a similar issue with both my Sparc and Folio.
Windows Inkspace walks me through the process but does not recognise the device once Bluetooth is connected
Is it broken? unsupported?

Hi there,
Smart pads are not (yet?) supported on desktop InkSpace app.
You can only use mobile versions on iOS or Android.
BT is pairing but the software itself is not supporting the device transfer.

In case of Windows 10 and Folio or Slate:
Please download the Inkspace App from the MS Store.
Unpair the device in the Bluetooth settings.
Then try to pair from the newly installed Inkspace App again.

i have the same problem with windows 10 computers. i cannot pair it. what can i do`?
