My bamboo spark always download the same picture

Hi,

My Bamboo Spark Always download the same picture. I ve tried with several mobiles, I ve used iphone S6, samsung S7, samsung S7, google nexus 9, etc.

Is there a way to reset the device to factory defaults?

Please I need support.

The isuue is solved but not because the wacom support. I used the steps that an user posted to delete the files and now it works OK ( i had to translate from german all the steps :) )
