Bamboo slate cannot sync with Android app

Hi, I have had the same problem many times: I pair my bamboo slate with my cellphone and it starts syncing. However, eventually it just stops without having finished transferring the files and I cannot pair it again.

Please help me!

Also, is it possible to sync with Windows notebooks now?

Hi,

Make sure the Bamboo Slate is fully charged. Also, to ensure the best possible connection, remove any source of potential interference by disconnecting any other Bluetooth devices you may have connected and by moving your smartphone and the Bamboo Slate away from Wi-Fi Routers, Speakers, etc. Contact our support if the issue persists.

As for syncing with Windows notebooks, I'm not entirely sure what you mean.
