Issues with MS Edge browser:
When MS Edge is updated to version 94 and then opened and interacted with a Pen display the computer will crash and give the “Blue screen of death.”
This is NOT a Wacom driver issue, it has been reported from other devices using Windows Ink as well.
Disabling Windows Ink in Windows will resolve the issue.

Spark memory can be reset by some options in the software. Check with Wacom technical support for the detailed steps for your operating system and model of Spark.

I wanted to resurrect this thread because I spent a few days without my spark because of 'Transfer Fail' when syncing my spark.
There was an update to the inkspace app and the old instructions were no longer compatible. After ALOT of trial and error (basically alot of clicking and attempting to get ahold of support) I figured it out on my own and thought I'd share it with anyone who might need it.
Therefore, below are the most current instructions for clearing your memory on the Spark
1.Tap the Settings menu (gear icon) in the upper-right corner of the app.
2.Select “Your Device”.
3.Select “Pair Device”.
4.Turn the Spark on, and select “Next”.
5.Hold the Spark's page button until Inkspace shows “Select your device”.
6.Select your device from the list and select “Next”.
7.Press the Spark's page button to confirm.
8.Tap five (or 100 like I did) times on the HUGE CHECK BOX (this is the new place to tap since there is no longer a 'unique name' sentance)
9.Confirm the “Device Memory Reset” dialog by selecting “Reset”.
10.Continue with the pairing process until complete.
