Wacom Art Pen Rotation Settings Not Working?

Hey everyone,

I'm using a Wacom Art Pen with Photoshop 2019, and the rotation options are no longer working. When I try to enable it, I get a little Pyramid with an exclamation point in it, as if i'm using a pen that doesnt support that function.

What's odd is that it was working up until two days ago. I've tried on both my Cintiq and my Intuous tablet, and the issue persists on both. Windows ten, wacom drivers and OS are up to date

Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

This could be a problem with PS. Do you know if something changed before the issue started to happen? Did you try resetting Wacom Driver preferences and / or PS preferences? Does the rotation not work with other applications as well?
