Inkspace - Wacom Ink to Text (OCR) not working

Hi, I use the Bamboo Folio and it is a month since I am experiencing the same issue, I tried to configure the folio with: iPhone 6s, iPhone XR, iPad Air 2019, Macbook 2019 ( SO MOJAVE) Windows 7, Windows 10, and over every device the OCR is not working...could you please help us to find a solution?

I moved your post to a new topic since this seems like a new issue.
We are are of issues with Ink-to-Text with the Inkspace App on Windows and Mac OSX, however it is working fine on Mobile applications on Android and iOS.

As a work around you can also use the Ink to Text feature from the Inkspace portal -

Please bear in mind that to use this feature on any platform, you need to have an active Wacom ID account.
