I’m new to this. Just got Bamboo Sketch stylus and downloaded the basic version of Bamboo Paper. Two problems/ questions.
1. How do I get dense colour? All colours appear washed out and unsaturated.
2. Should the pressure sensitivity feature of the Sketch stylus work with this app? I can’t get it to work.

Welcome. I don't have an iOS device here so I can't tell exactly how it should look but in the Android version, you can access more color options by double tapping a color.
As for pressure, you will need to pair the pen with your device through the app. See the instructions here: https://www.wacom.com/getting-started/bamboo-sketch
