The Inkspace program for Windows stopped syncing in either direction with the Inkspace cloud service / web portal for me on or after November 19th, 2021. New local pages are not uploaded to the cloud and old pages are not downloaded to the Inkspace app on my PC. This is the same problem on both my laptop and server.
The automatic syncing on Inkspace was the reason I selected Wacom tablets. Now it is just disabled without notice.

Issues with MS Edge browser:
When MS Edge is updated to version 94 and then opened and interacted with a Pen display the computer will crash and give the “Blue screen of death.”
This is NOT a Wacom driver issue, it has been reported from other devices using Windows Ink as well.
Disabling Windows Ink in Windows will resolve the issue.

I can reproduce this so at least we are sure there is no issue with your account? Would you mind checking with ou support and providing some additional details?

It does not appear that there is anything wrong with my account. My account works in Inkspace on my android devices and also works in Wacom Notes and Bamboo Paper to sync both ways on the same computers at the same time that the Inkspace PC program will not connect to the cloud.

I have the same problem and I must say that I am very disappointed, because I have now received the following answer from support:

I now have 2 devices which I cannot use as they were intended to be connected and synced to Win10 computers.
